Tongues of Fire BBQ Ministry

The Tongues of Fire BBQ Ministry team's mission is to "Spread the Gospel, one bite at a time." This group of 30+ holds several sales yearly. The proceeds from the BBQ sales go toward supporting the missions and outreach efforts of DUMC. 

Social needs and outreach

Davidsonville's Social Needs and Outreach Committee is comprised of volunteers who seek to fill the needs of our neighborhood. Throughout the year the committee actively looks for ways we can reach community needs by providing lunches to children, putting together Thanksgiving & Christmas packages, coordinating Operation Christmas Child, hosting Blood Drives through the Red Cross, support families financially by contributing to monthly bills & rent and numerous other ministries. 

Partners in Care

DUMC is passionate about supporting people in our local neighborhoods, especially in South County. We do that best by working with Partners in Care.
